Fulfill Engine is an all-in-one e-commerce and production management ecosystem specifically designed by and for apparel decorators. By automating the entire process from order capture to fulfillment, the platform enables print shops to eliminate manual data entry, optimize inventory management, and scale their operations with ease. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Company” shall have the same meaning as in the “Terms and Conditions” of this Site.

Company respects the privacy of our users and has created this Privacy Policy to describe our policy about the collection, use, security and disclosure of information we obtain from users of the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to information we obtain from and about individuals interacting with Company and its websites, products and services. This Privacy Policy covers all Company controlled subsidiaries and affiliates in the U.S. This Privacy Policy addresses what personal information we collect and how we handle the personal information shared with us. The Site may combine information that we collect with information from all third-party websites.
When you provide personal information to us on a third-party website or platform, the personal information you provide may also be separately collected by the third-party website or the social media platform. How Company Uses and Discloses the Information it Collects

We use and may disclose your information to our employees, contractors and other third parties to facilitate the services you request, to create accounts and allow use of services and ordering of products on the Site. We use your information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms and Conditions. We may use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze Site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize the Site’s content, layout and services.

Children Under Eighteen

The Company does not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under the age of 18. By using the Site and/or providing personal information, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18.

Updating Your Information/Opting Out

You may contact us at Privacy@stahls.com at any time to update and/or correct your information, to opt-out of receiving future communications from us or to deactivate your account. Additionally, you may automatically review and change the information you submit to the Company by logging into the Site and updating your account information yourself. You may also opt out of promotional communications by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails.

When the Company receives a request to deactivate or cancel your account, we will take commercially reasonable efforts to remove your personally identifiable information from our databases, but we cannot guarantee that your information will be completely deleted due to the necessity of redundancy inherent in the electronic storage and management of data. We also may retain copies of your personally identifiable information as required by our record retention policies. When you deactivate your account, your member profile will be deactivated, but your public comments may remain on the Site. The Company has no responsibility to take down or remove any of your public activities or submissions.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers transmit “do-not-track” (DNT) signals. We do not currently respond to these web browsers’ “do not track” signals.

Our third-party partners, such as web analytics companies and third-party ad networks, may collect information about you and your online activities over time and access our Site or other online properties.
